I said "yes" without any explanation of what the Murph Challenge was. I have always tried to stay active but I had accepted that my normal look was at my heaviest and most uncomfortable size. I set out with the typical New Year's Resolution to get in better shape and try to lose weight. So I did what I knew- I ran & did my tried & true dvds.
And for all of you who need that push and are ready to make that change, join me at WLG and get ready to experience a workout like never before! I love to cook and love to eat. That's when I decided to try WLG as a group and I have NEVER looked back. It pushes the competitive side (I have with myself) to keep going and work harder! To anyone who has any hesitations about trying WLG or working out in general because you don't think you can do it, in the words of Kendra, "if it were easy, everyone would do it. Never a dull moment when you are raising a house full of boys but I LOVE being a BoyMom!
